SPR# SBUL4XMN5R - Added a notes.ini flag, "RAVEN_CONTROLSHUTDOWN=1," which lets the process using the ORB control the shutdown, as opposed to having the ORB automatically shut down. This problem caused crashes when the master server was shut down. However, customers should still shut down their secondary servers before their primary server.
